SC4:Rush Hour big problem

I just installed Rush Hour to the laptop,hoping to see UDI,cool buildings,new transportations and the compatibility

of the NAM.Well,those dreams are shattered when I figured out that the graphical rules can't be pharsed or something.

Also,the sim-profile is automatically there when I create a city even if it didn't exist yet.I can't get rid of it.If I press evict sim out symbol,it quits the game.I can't have access to ground highways and the other new stuff except the police kisok because it crashes.The monitor/graphicals options are acting twitchy.I press color cursors and other stuff but they return as I didn't touch them at all.And I can't terraform.

Tell how to fix it.I really like to play rush hour now!

Next, what is your system specifications? Did you download other things? Or...Is your game legal? Where did you buy it?

1.I don't know my specs yet.

2.I downloaded MANY plugins

3.I think it is legal.I got it from St.Francis mall at Phillipines.

Install the game update patch to see if helps.

is it just rush hour? or deluxe edition? did you have sim city 4 already>?

uninstall everything... reinstall everything patch, turn settings to default, and change to software rendering

and maybe try without the plugins

tungston:You mean the SKU patch or any other patch.My country is not any one of the SKU patches.I live in Philippines.

Tyson4:I have rush hour.I already got the orginal SC4 already.The software rendering is already used.I think I will try w/o plugins.

I'll try to update using the patch.but I don't think SKU will work(unless SKU is for languages like SKU 1 is for english).

There is a list of the SKU regions, your region should be listed, maybe by near by continent. My guess would be SKU 3, but you should look to see if you can locate where your game came from.

Addendum:  I just remembered, you can find the SKU by looking in the Program Files Maxis folder.

C:\Program Files\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Sku_Data\Sku1_US
