night lights

im sure this has been asked, but i cant find any help. i have several buildings that wont light up at nite. one is Empire State.

where and how can i fix this? im using a newer mac thanks. oh how do i take snap shots and still keep the tab bar out:? i mean the one that shows my city info,  im trying to upload a pic but wont let me keeps saying error

Well, night lighting on almost all downloaded buildings won't work. And thats just because we use macs, and we can't do much about it, unless we run windows and have some certain programs

And, in the very bottom left, there is a button to minimize the little tab bar that you are talking about.
