Where is Snow Cap Mod?

I know this must seem really anoying, but what is more anoying is I spent all night searching, advance searching and googling this bloody thing...

Where is this oh so famous snow capped mod everyone is talking about?

Several Snow Mods say they require the snow cap mod but yet I cant find it, one of the readmes even provided links to it, but one points to a movie site and the other just links back to simtroplis's main page <_<

Have you tried SimCity4 Devotion? Try searching the Lex for graphic mods.

Like I said, if you go on SC4 Devotion and even on Simtropolis, there are many different snow capped mods. I know there are many snow mods that don't need any external dependencies, so you should try one of them.

I am looking for the snow capped to work with the 'terrain climate mod' by Mayspace.

Search "Teirusu" (creator of snowcapped mod). You will find it.

If it doesn´t work, the snow capped mod can be found in "popular" section, or in the early mods in "modds" sections. Hope this helps.
