BSC Parks v2 Wall Set

Greetings all--apologies for being lame here, but I'm unable to locate a crucial depndency for the following item (picture provided because I can't cut and paste the link for unknown reason):

I appear to have everything for these park pieces except the 'walls'/fences themselves, and none of the listed dependencies are existing files, all have been subsumed into other files.  I'm not sure which one contains the fence parts, but I've searched the STEX for all the listed files and they don't appear to be there under those names or similar.

Is anyone familiar with this item and can point me toward what I'm missing?  I absolutely love BSC parks and would really like these to work right.  As in  the past, this noub greatly appreciates the help!
