Having trouble with Block All Maxis buildings modd

i am having trouble blocking C$ C$$ C$$$ with Block All Maxis buildings modds by DuskTrooper,   they still came up even thou I have all the files that is supplied  with the Block All Maxis buildings modd, in the plugins folder.   Is there anther mod that is stopping it from working, the only mod that I know of that did do that was the plop all the maxis buildings, which I don’t have,

Oh I know it says to check for possible conflicts, but I could not for the life of me find a list   of what they where, if someone could help I would be most thankful      >>

Welcome to Simtropolis.  I've used the modd you're talking about, but am not aware of any conflicts, and it worked for me.  As an alternative, you might try the BSC No Maxis Files Modd.  You must register to use the LEX, and register on SC4Devotion for support.  Hope it works better for you.
