i want a good CJ, and I'm playing with the config.bmp.  Only problem is, I don't really know how many large to medium to small city tiles I want.  Is there any suggestions you can give me as how big most of your city tiles should be?  Mostly medium with a few larges?  What's the point of small city tiles, anyway?  Mainly, I want mostly suburbs with a few farming towns and metropolises.

well, personally, i use 4x4 large city tiles. I dont see the point in smaller sizes because the edges and neighbor connecions look awkward to me.

For a mostly rural region i would go a bit bigger or smaller depending on the total population of the planned region.

My CJ is actually mostly rural at the moment, with one large city and several small towns.

If you do go with all large city tiles, make sure your settlements are not right smack in the center of the tile, or else you'll get an awkward grid.

Good luck with the CJ!!!!

The best way to play is to make a bitmap with all large tiled region.

And shouldn't this be moved from the journals thread?

I'm the 'A' to the 'r', to the c-h-e-a-n,
and even though my name means 'old' I'm really quite pimp,
I'm Archilicious.
