Do depots work?

Do Stex bus depots actually work as bus depots? Also do Stex train yards and train repair yards work?

I imagine most of them are functional, although I think there are some just for eyecandy.

I don't recall any non-functional depots on the STEX.. though there may be one or two.. The download should be quite clear if it is "eyecandy" There were a couple in the "old days" but I think that most all are now functional if properly placed and connected to both the transport media (rail, etc) AND to the demand .. ie to parking lots, streets, ped walkways, etc
