Graphics issues with BATs

Hi, Please read my issue thoroughly before you post.

I have plenty of plugins for modds and BATs and Lots etc. And I have ALWAYS been able to get them to work and keep them working, just fine.  Till recently.

Many of my BATs NOW are not showing up properly in-game, and only showing the base textures. And not all of them, just some of them.  i.e. I could have 2 identical buildings in my city, side by side and one will show up perfectly and the other wont. What is with that?  When I demolish the building and replace it, it is normal again, but when I exit and go back into the city, some of them lose their graphics again (only some of them, not all of them.)

And I do have all the necessary dependencies, as far as I can tell (They have been working perfectly beforehand). AND I have double-check whether there were duplicate files OR whether my most recent downloads were corrupt or not. I even removed my most recent installations and checked.  Still having the issue.

And this issue is only graphical (only see base textures), it affects many different random LOTS/BATS and only some of them of the same type.

Any ideas?

eh, not sure how to fix this, frankly this happens to me, but only when I press the windows button then go back into SC4

OK... It appears to be only affecting my largest cities, that I have noticed... Also, it has spread to Maxis lots now... and getting worse... :-S

Could you post a pic? Also, what is the size of your city and how large is your saved game file?
