Newly added buildings are "gift wrapped"

So I downloaded a few new building from the STEX and put the files in the plugins folder, like I have been before. 

When I loaded the game and when to build thooones they would come up n screen in a rectangle box that is gift wrapped

in brown paper and has a strig bow around it. There is also a stamp on the side in red ink that says simcity.com.

Help?

That means you don't have all the dependencies.

That means you are missing dependencies for that particular lot. Go back to where you downloaded it and check the description for links to what you need. If you can't find them there, look in the read me that came with the download.

If you still can't find the problem, link us to the trouble making lot and someone might be able to tell you what you need.

some of the files may also need another building, for example i downloaded the ministry of garbage building and i needed the mccormick building too which i had to download
