Basically, I can't/don not know how to place a clover leaf overpass for the highways. I follow the instructions that the desciption box gives, but it says to place it over the already existing overpass, which I do not have/cannot construct because there is no option for it. Help, please?

So I downloaded a few new building from the STEX and put the files in the plugins folder, like I have been before. When I loaded the game and when to build thooones they would come up n screen in a rectangle box that is gift wrapped in brown paper and has a strig bow around it. There is also a stamp on the side in red ink that says simcity.com. Help?
