Creating the (near) perfect city

 We all have successful beginnings. Our profits are usually more than 7x our expenses. Yet as my city grows and commercial increases demand, schools low on students and mass transit becoming clogged at nearly every intersection in residential zoning. I can upload some images when I get the chance. Tips and links to lots that can improve my gaming will be greatly appreciated

Well for the transportation issue, try using one way roads. They hardly ever clog with trafic. Also, try using neighbor connections to satisfy needs and such in the beginning. that way even if one city is near bankrupt, you can use the exsiting city to "leapfrog" your newest city.
