Lot or Bat

I want to change the text of the highway signs to better fit my citys. That way they will show the city limit of my towns, highway numbers I choose to use, things like that. Which do I need to be able to do this. Lot Editor or Bat. Any and all help would be very appreciated.

Also I am new to using both of those programs. In fact this will be my first attempt at trying to build or modd anything. So any pointers would also be very appreciated.

To have signs with your own numbers, etc., you need to create a model with the SC4 BAT [gMax plugin]. Then set the type, and parameters of the lot in the Plugin Manager [comes with BAT]. Once that is done then you can use the Lot Editor to make the lots.
