Oh, shoot, I didn't look at the picture close enough. Budapest Capital Building doesn't have the spire on the left in the picture. Those walls on the bottom of the picture, are those retaining walls, or are they on the water's edge in Venice, Italy? That's more correct looking. In retrospect.

A clue is in the name of this road. It was Paris Capital of France. Okay ignore the couple in  the video and look out for the sites.

Well, yes, Passage du Commerce is French, so I was going to guess Paris anyway, but the image's name is rue_de_paris. So yes, it's Paris, France.
