Too Much Middle Class?

I Started a new region and have a population of around 38,000 sims. my main city has 14,000 and is connected to my farm town which has 10,000. the rest of the population resides south of my main city. my main city is majority middle class (8,000) and once the population hit 10,000, a large portion on the east side went jobless even though they had sufficient access to main roads and busses and overall commute time is less than 60. demand for office, IM and HT is very low despite having so many middle class sims and education is around 150. at this point im taxing out the R$$ so that the poor can take over since I cant get demand for jobs for my middle class. also, even tho i have no education in my farm town whatsoever, the middle class took over there and went jobless so i had to tax them out of there too. the modds im using are the latest NAM, industry doubler for all industry except farms (i felt the quadrupler was a bit too much), and some growable building lots. I've never had a problem like this before so i think the doubler may have something to do with it. if all else fails i'll end up deleting it and rebuiling my industrial areas. Has anyone here experienced something similar or is also using the industry doubler? any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I've had trouble with skyrocketing R$$ and R$$$ before. It sucks. I believe I simply let it happen. All I did was zone high density Commercial and Industrial. After that I just kept gowing like business was usual. Just make sure infrastructure is fine and it should work itself out. If you have any dilapidated (spelling?) buildings then destroy them, if you don't like them. Time fixes everything, unless there is a problem with the doubler mod, which I have never used.
