Building Style Control

I just recently downloaded a set of building styles into my PlugIns Folder and began to build a city. Is there any way in which I could prevent the SC4 default buildings styles from popping up and preserve the building styles that I would like to use in my PlugIns Folder, without having to make every building 'historically'?

There is a mod to block all Maxis buildings, but usually you have to make every building you want to keep historical.

The mod which edmonton stinks posted the link is what I use and it's very effective - plus you can choose which values and types of buildings to block (such as CO$$ etc.) by which files you use from the mod. Makes testing growables buildings much easier! I highly recommend it...
