It was me. I deleted my post since I already have an answer. My question was if the RHW was intercity compatible like avenues being dragged off the city tile to connect to the region.

You probably should not delete these posts like that... this doesn't delete the thread , obviously , it just messes up the thread , and attracts bad attention.

its probably just a good idea to post in the title"problem solved" so none will look at it anymore , and it will fall back in the forums.

The mystery is solved! 

In the future, you could go back to the first post, edit it, and change the Topic Summary to say "Problem Solved".  That way, if anyone else had the same problem, which happpens quite a bit, they could still tell what the topic of the discussion was.  Then they could take a look at it to see if it would help them. This is also why it's good to have specific subjects in the Message Title, such as RHW Neighbor Connections, or something to that effect in your case.  That subject comes up fairly often, and it might cut down on unnessary posting if someone saw the answer, which would of course need "The Question."    Or we could play Jeopardy?

Doh, and since "The Answer" is missing, too, Yes, the RHW is capable of making a neighborhood connection, if the instructions in the readme are followed, just for those of you who were wondering...all right, maybe everyone knew that.
