I bought sim city4 when it first came out registered and played it then it got tired of it and put on the shelf.my problem is i've been playing it again and been trying to down load some things but my problem is since i bought my game i moved,got a new computer and i cant remember my username or password.now when i try to get some things off simcity it tells me to register i try to reregister my serial number and it tells me username ,and serial number are already registered but my computer has a new email address .i dont know what to do please someone help me..

i dont think they understand i have the game and the serial number
