It is contrary to community policy to upload model files belonging to someone else even if no credit is taken. The owner of the model withdrew it for his own reasons and it is not up to anyone else to post it.

Hi, Dannyboy9876,

Welcome to Simtropolis.  This BAT is available on the designer's private site, which, as far as I can tell, is working.  I just DLed it from here.  Click on BAT and lot at the top, it is in the commercial buildings.  The DL went fine, although I've not tested it in game.
