Is there a way to make the region one big city? Like I want to make the region one big city as in having to do no conections between cities usually it is divided into severaI cities but I just want one big one. I have used the bitmap file and changed it all to blue but it still keeps dividing the region up into several different cities. have read the tutorials about the bitmap but they don't make any sense I was wondering if someone could explain to me in simple terms on how to make it just one big city.

There are only three city sizes, small, medium, and large.  A region that is all one city would still be the size of a large city.
