Is there a way to make the region one big city? Like I want to make the region one big city as in having to do no conections between cities usually it is divided into severaI cities but I just want one big one. I have used the bitmap file and changed it all to blue but it still keeps dividing the region up into several different cities. have read the tutorials about the bitmap but they don't make any sense I was wondering if someone could explain to me in simple terms on how to make it just one big city.

I was downloading this region https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=5479 and I am confused on what to do after that I have read the tutorial in the omnibus and I am to the point where I have the config map thing and the actual region in a file but the regin picture thing is .cfm and it says that it is supposed to be .jpg how do I change it to .jpg?

I just looked and it looks really cool. Does anyone know where you can download it from?

Can someone tell me what to do after I download the file from https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=21375 Ive extracted the file and now it had a EFW file and dont know what do after that because when you click on it nothing happens. All the tutorials dont make any sense to me.

How do you create buildings and stuff like other people have done on here? how do you create your own map like other people have done on here? Thanks.
