abandoned buildings / area 5.1

many of my buildings are abandoned because long commuting times.

everythin like schoools,fire stations police.hospital economy, industry, parks is in range.

but they still abandoned.

and to use some aircrafts and boats i need area 5.1 but how to get it.

You can get the area 51 in two ways:

Cheat: "you don't desrve it"

or you look up the stuff you need to build area 51.

I have the same problem, but I just got that mod, it prevents them from becoming debilitated like that.

5.1 is reached by either following the instructions in the rewards page, or putting 'you don't deserve it' into the cheat console

Most of the rewards are not available by just having the requirements in "easy" level.

You can get the Area 5.1 reward by completing 3 U-drive-it missons.

Crop Duster, Farmer's got vermin, you need a small landing strip, and a cemetary.

Steam train, sell secret rocket formula, you need a freight train station, a deluxe police station, and > 20 rails.

Ice cream truck, pure evil ice cream, you need at least 3 elementary schools.

There is a UDI guide in the Omnibus/ Simcity 4 reference.

I just burn abandoned buildings...it's more fun than just bulldozing it.

and Area 51: what's the point of it? besides fun...

there's like heaps of ice-cream trucks and getaway vans....

my mom hase stolen my laptop, so i can't play it anymore,

an 30.000= inhabitants city is near . < not anymore it is now 250.000+inhabitands

it hase much beaches (stranden) and harbours

i have the unlocker now so don't have  to work for it now.

i wikll make an freight station today, (if i found the laptop

it already has 513.683inhabitants, but i wanna replace the city from my laptop to my replaced computer (monday hopefully)
