Missing Visual Details

When I play Simcity 4 (Expansion) it is missing visual details.

The parks just appears as green squares and the files that I've downloaded from ST exchange..for expample

the city high school doesnt show a building but a floating basketball court over a concrete.

Do you guys know what is causing this problem?

It could be that the game graphics options are set to low.

I have the same problem and all my graphic options are set to high. Are there any dependencies required which are standard and not "Lot" specific.

    I downloaded the little red's Restaurant and no building shows up but looking at the description there are no dependencies required

Any help please

Thanks for that.   I have them now and I assume that they go in the plug ins folder  situated in C:// users ..........plugins
