Bionic Tower

Only one wish. One huge wish. I always wanted to see the Bionic tower in SC.
Some info:
Maximum height: 1,228 meters. Equivalent height to 300 floors
Maximum capacity: 100,000 inhabitants
Total Surface: 2,000,000 of square meters
Dimension Bionic Tower: Elliptic plant of variable dimension (166 x 133 meters dim. Maximum)
Communication: 368 lifts of horizontal and vertical displacement
Maximum Velocity of displacement: 15 m/sec.
Oscillation in extreme: 2,45 meters of total lateral displacement

The bionic tower is the highest proposed project to date.

WOW that would be the games first Arcology. LOL we need one. But seriously imagine the power/water needs for a building of that size!

Correction.  It is the third largest (that I know of).  The Ultima Tower was by far the most unrealistic - but largest - project every proposed.  I think it was in the neighborhood of 2.5 miles high.  But besides it, in 1956 Frank Lloyd Wright proposed a mile-high (1609m) tower called the Illinois.  See my thread on it for more details...

 

But the Bionic Tower would certainly be fantastic to see in the game!  Good luck... I've got my hands full with The Illinois at the moment...

Hmmmm. Arcos. Once I get more expierence with SC4 models, I may try my hand at one. But for now, I need to fill up my signature so all 5 spaces in my last 5 projects are used....

I'm not big on Arcos, but I love massive buildings, like the stuff you see in Star Wars.

Yeah...pretty cool. I thought Burj Tower was something amazing. Got stunned when saw its imagined pictures.
