Nice CBD! While it does look great as it is, I think the transition between the highrises and the row-homes seems a bit too sudden to be very realistic. Usually there would be more low and mid rise commercial buildings surrounding the high rise core of a CBD, before you reach those houses. However, I still enjoyed looking at the pictures, they showcase some good creativity and choice of buildings! 9.gif

Stout City looks pretty good. One problem I can see is that there is a very sudden jump in height from rowhouses to skyscrapers. I'm not too sure if the people in the rowhouses appreciate that! I liked everything else, especially your use of plazas, the blocks of rowhouses, and the regional layout (you do a lot better job on streams and rivers than I do, that's for sure). I'll bet this region will look really cool when it's all filled out!

Wow! Has it been a long time!  This CJ may have been in a coma but my playing wasn't.  The region just hit over 1 million people! The first time I have ever hit this mark.  So to celebrate I thought I'd take some time to show you what kind of progress I've made over the last several months.  The major update to the region is it's newest and largest city, Amberale.  It might not be the most realistic region with three large cities occupying it, but McConnellVille has sure been fun to play and I can't wait to continue the long process of filling it with development.  Enough talk, on to the pictures of McConnellVille and the current state of Amberale and, as always, your comments and critiques are always welcomed!
