Vespa City/Howardville

here is the small town of Vespa City. it is a small town that has recently seen some development. it is a quaint little town that always welcomes visitors. please note that this is my new CJ. all other cj's that i have created are no longer active.

And I see you've got quite the hankering for parks, very nice.

A lot of people have been trying to buy homes in Vespa City because they love all of the parks. there is over 1,000 parks in Vespa City already and the mayor has stated that he plans to build a lot more parks when the town gets the necessary amount of $.

thanks Archean i would usually build my cities with no parks or anything within the zones but wanted to try something new for a change

The Mayor of Vespa City had decided to use a good amount of the money he had to build a much larger park for everyone to enjoy hen named this park Alderbush Park and stated this is only one of the many large parks that are going to be built in Vespa City. about 834 Sims live in Vespa City right now.

This is a great CJ so far. Also youre last CJ murreay had no parks this one is all parks pretty nat swing on the pengelum from one extreme to the other keep it up!

The mayor realized that the younger sims need a place to learn so he decided on a school district.

it will be known as the Vespa City Educational Center and contains a high school and elementary school

Vespa City has also seen some recent development near the just recently completed School district.

Usually I'm not a fan of massive parks, but you pull it off VERY well - so yeah, very nice work!

thanks for all the comments. new development has occurred relatively close to the school district. there is just over 1500 Sims living in Vespa City. the Sims are said to be happy living in such a great town with a mayor that loves building parks

The Town is expanding quickly now to the left of Newman Avenue. there is slight over 2,000 sims calling Vespa City their home right now and they couldn't be happier.

New Development has happened more towards the sea. many Sims want to live in Vespa City because of low taxes and the numerous parks is a welcoming sight

Very nice work with those parks, but they are getting almost to many now you should make a downtown of some sort, like 1 square with medium commercials and medium residental around it.

the town is really starting to become much larger than ever before. Vespa City is said to be one of the fastest growing towns in Simnation.
