nam not working

ive downloaded the nam and used the features to build road bridges over railway tracks to link a residential area to an industrial area, but the sims dont cross the bridge!!

this has created mass unemployment and abandonment, even though they only have to travel a few tiles over the bridge?  they seem reluctent to cross.

Make sure you didn't click the left-hand drive option at the bottom of the check list when you first installed the NAM. This can cause a lot of problems like this.

i have the deluxe edition, but i didnt intall any updates prior to installing the NAM, and i havent yet. could this be the problem?

Yes indeed it is.  Install the latest SC4 update, which you can get at the SC4 website.
