You probably haven't installed the full Euro Textures Mod, Also you should get the NAM and then install the Euro Textures Mod(I'm assuming you dont have the NAM as you dont have turn lanes) if you do have the NAM then you need to make sure you check the box for NAM Euro Textures when you install the Euro Textures Mod.

I assumed your problem was the American road under El-Rail? But seemingly not, you mean you just wanted the turn lanes?

When you install Mods such as the NAM and Euro Textures Mod you must go through the installer slowly making sure you have selected what you need.
