Nighlights not working

I have downloaded the B.A.T. and read some articles and stuff, but the nightlights still don't show.

please give advice, thank you.

It's not the actual BAT you need if you just want the night lights to show. It's the SC4Update4BAT patch that you need. It is available on the BAT page at the official site. You can also get it at SC4 Devotion by clicking on the Support tab. Be sure you have an updated game before running it. Hope this helps...

i still have no nightlight after following exactly the steps mention by zelgadis. while i try to update my game again, it said something as my simcity_1.dat file is not the old one, so i cant update it. What can i do in this case? Plz help me, i really really desperately need your help plz...

Did you update the game with the EP1 patch first (version 638), and are you sure you are using the correct patch for your game version? Or if you,ve modified the game files (no CD crack), it might not take the update.
