Hey!

I have nooo idea how to make my own models, and even I tried, it would be a great failure! Hahaha!

So I was wandering if somone may help me instead =), you are all such great people after all!!

So what I was looking for (maybe its already out there) is a 1x1 2 floor home. That looks like the new homes being built around the GTA. You know the ones I'm talking about, theyre like a meter apart, kinda nice? They have garages and stuff! Small/No yard.

Again, if there are some out there already, just point me in the right direction!

Having never played GTA, a pic or two, from the game or something similar in real life, might help.

Most BATers are busy with their own projects. I suggest you visit the Omnibus, which has some great BAT tutorials. The most direct way to get what you want is to make it yourself.
