demands and desire

so i started to play sc4 again since a few years. always nice.

im looking for a forum or a file where i can check the demands and desires of buildings, parks, plazas, etc.

i know a plaza is good for attracting offices.

but what about other things like gazebo, tenniscourt, skating, etc.

anybody can help me out on a list of what buildings do for your city?

All parks(including things like the plaza, gazebo, teniscourt ect.) increase desirability for all types of sims and businesses. Police stations increase desirability and the crime rate goes down. Fire stations prevent fires and put them out. Aswell as the firestation landing strip. Hospitals and clinic(not diesese research centers!!!) increase desireability and average lifetime of your sims. Education buildings produce HT(only once IQ reaches 200) demand and increase desirability, aswell as demand for everything else. IT also increases IQ. Airports increase CO$$ and CO$$$ demand, and CS$, CS$$ and CS$$$ demand somewhat. Seaports increase All industrial demand. Diesese research centers produce radiation, so no sime will live beside it(even for a long time after it;s demolished, if ever), and increases hospitals efficiency(increases radius, makes them make more desireability aswell). IT also minimizes desireability arround it aswell. Reward buildings usally say the effects of it. That's all I can think of.
