After having been around on the stex for a while now and having produced a fair number of successful BATs I am starting up my own thread that will be looking at all of my current and future projects for the stex. 

An update at present shows that my latest release is the Lincoln Heights tower, which was inspired by the Girasole Building, proposed in New York City. In an attempt to continue looking at New York future buildings, I am going to start making the entire new world trade centre complex including all proposed towers and the memorial gardens. After following many creators in the progress of modelling this complex, although they all are absolutely superb models, they seem to get near completion stages but then, like in the case of Kd5rax, the projects don't appear to get completed. Because of the demand for this complex I am going to make my own version of it over the course of this year, starting with the Freedom Tower.

As I don't have access to 3Ds Max at all, I have been modelling all my bats in Gmax. Hopefully i will be getting a copy of 3dsmax 9 in the near future, but until then I will start modelling this tower in Gmax. I don’t have any pictures of the tower as of yet, but I will upload some very soon.

Great! I have always enjoyed your BAT's and have wanted the complete New World Trade Center Complex BATed. I'm glad you made this thread so I can know what you are working on. I like the CAA.

Thanks everyone for all your comments. I'm really excited about this project and have my first pic of the tower for you. At the moment all the floors are complete internally and i have started modelling the roof. Next stage to model the windows.

I don't typically get excited about most of the new WTC towers, but the windows on this one caught my eye. Nicely done so far, I would love to see some renders though.

Any chance of a midrise sometime?

thanks for all the feedback on this thread. Heres a quick update on the Freedom Tower. As the model file size is so huge, topping over 100,000KB, i am modeling the tower in two parts. This is the update for the top section of the tower with new windows included. Texturing and nightlights as well as some additional modelling is still to be done to this section.

hey guys, thanks for all of the posts. sorry i haven't updated in a while, been really busy with uni work, so progress on this project has been slow, but the tower will still be completed hopefully before the end of May. New updates comming later this week.

Sorry i haven't been around for a while guys, been real busy at the moment. Here's a quick pic of the Goldman Sachs New World HQ building, (WTC6) which will be released on the stex on the 19th May 2009. Btw, thanks for all those who are patiently waiting for updates on the Freedom Tower. At present I haven't had much time to work on it but I'm still looking at an early summer release to the stex. I'll keep u all posted.
