Missing Plugin Pack

I hope you guys can help!  Please let me know if this needs to go on another section....

i have been working on a city for a few days, with everything going great.  went back into it yesterday and after the city loaded I rec'd the following message:

Plugin Pack 342978908 is missing.

i was able to continue on and play the city with no problems, but now I keep getting that same message everytime I load it up.....where can I find that plugin?

You removed something from your plugins folder that you had plopped or grown in that city. Put whatever you have recently deleted back, and make sure that it is deleted completely by using the bulldoze tool as well as dezoning the area.

Also with that 9 digit number find the hex value (use a scientific calculator dec-hex). Then with that hex value use Lot Editor and it will tell you what is missing.
