Lots wont show in-game

Alright, so, I have a lot ready to release, however I cannot get one to show up ingame unless I make it a plop. I think my answer pertains to the Capacity/satisfied block in the plugin manager, where it writes the description. I've read a couple of things in tutorials about this block but I'm having a very hard time understanding it. The first section is the Hex Code which designates it as class (C$,C$$, R$$, etc)  right? Then the second is the amount of jobs it creates?

Could there be anything else thats causing this lot not to show up ingame? I've already made sure I had a high manufacturing demand before I made this cry for help, that is not an issue, nor is space available.

the lot is a 3X4 I-m warehouse I've set the S/C block to 21.

You are correct about the Capacity Satisfied field: the first number is the hex that indicates what purpose and wealth type the capacity is satisfying, and the second entry is the actual capacity (number of residents or workers). So for example, if I make a high wealth commercial services building, the Capacity Satisfied field might show something like this:

12560 2278 12576 572 12592 231

The blue numbers show the type (e.g., 12560 = low wealth commercial services; 12576 = medium wealth commercial services; 12592 = high wealth commercial services)

The red numbers show the capacity (e.g., 2278 low wealth commercial service jobs, etc.)

The most common mistake I think people make when creating growable lots is placing the model file on a lot that does not match the descriptor it was given in the Plugin Manager.

I assume you dropped your 3x4 I-m warehouse model file onto the (I-m) Manufacturing Industry box in the Plugin Manager? Did you make sure to also select an I-m lot in the Lot Editor? If you placed it on any other type of lot, it will not grow in the game.

Thanks nofunk! Okay, then this isn;t the problem, my lots match up. Maybe its the size of the lot.  I shouldn't need to do any actual modding in the reader then, not for a normal BAT, correct?

I'll resize it and try again. thanks guys.

The Reader is mainly for tweaking more advanced things not directly accessible through the Plugin Manager, like tilesets, growth stages, etc. It can also be used to make functional landmarks (ploppable RCI buildings with jobs). If you made a BAT and just want to lot it and have it grow in the game, you do not need the Reader.

Wow this is getting frustrating, I've messed around with alot of the Cap/Sat numbers, changing them and comparing with other buildings with no sucess.I also changed the demand to commercial with no avail.

Could somone take alook at my lot and see if it will wokr for them, or if they can find my problem, all I want to do is release a nice Industrial Warehouse or commercial distribution center.

EDIT: Scratch the cry for help, I ran across my Lot scanning through my city in a fury.

there she is, I know what I need to fix. The lights didn't display at night, must have jacked up the lights, whoops. Reexport time. Also, I just grew my first skyscraper, kudos to me. thanks nofunk and Francis90b for the help. I'm pretty sure I was just setting my jobs too low.
