RMIP Help/Request

Alright, so I have been enjoying the rmip heavily thus far, but I have one issue with it that greatly stands out in my mind: There are no jet fighters/military helicopters. I was hoping someone could either point me in the direction of such an addition or help me by making one, as I have no modding skills of my own and would greatly love the ability to make an air force base for a region I am working on.

To further elaborate on my request, there are two small airfields included in the RMIP, one is a tarmac strip with hangers and the skywriting plane, the skydiver plane, the the crop duster, firefighting plane, medical helicopter and the news chopper. What I was wondering was whether it would be possible to get an alternate version of this with the planes replaced by the fighter jet and the helicopters replaced by the military one. Once again, it would be greatly appreciated if someone could help in any way possible.

i create my region all rci value are ok.

i build airport by rmip lot and r$$$ is very low demand(at lowest) and never change at all city that connected.

(1 large airport with 4-5 city with no rich family because it just start the map)

can anyone try and help me please.

(please try in a blank region and no other city created and no connected.)
