I really miss functional growable mansions from the game, so I've lotted some, big thanx to the batters:

I've just recently started using the LE. Took me long enough. I put together some lots for my University. The large park in the center and all the university looking lots surrounding it are what I did. Excluding the tower but also including the lot with the statue in the middle. Confusing enough description for ya?

I stumbled upon them in the LE and I've never seen them come up in the game. I will have to get the file names from the LE. I haven't been doing SC4 related stuff lately.. but I will answer that question before the day is out.

Well that wasn't so hard. I honestly do not remember downloading this set. I must have acquired the buildings as props in a dependency pack. Anyway here's a link to a thread on sc4devotion that explains that these buildings are part of a pretty big modular university set. There is a link to the dependencies. I'm not sure which though.

Hi Pingangster,

No, I didn't make the buildings, just the lots.  The first three are available on APTX's blog at .  The next building is made by ILL Tonkso and the one following is by Glenni.  The STEX search isn't working for me right now, so you'll have to try finding them later.
