Terrain leveling

Hi all--

Forgive me if this has already been covered but my search didn't reveal anything I was really looking for. 

Is there a tool or something I can download that will allow me to quickly level or arrange/design land for special uses such as water fronts, docks and sea ports?  I have the mod that will incrementally bring up or lower the terrain for transportation (also used for small areas of landscaping) but I was looking for something a little faster than the slow, cumbersome tools already include in SC4RH. 

Any ideas?

There are no special terraforming tools for leveling and preparing the terrain for waterfronts, seadocks and ports etc. You will have to get to used to knowing your terraforming tools. Have a look inside the Omnibus and you'll find some tutorials on how to use them, that'll surely help you understand how to correctly use these SC tools. To level small strips of terrain, the best way I know of is using streets/roads, plopping them one by one and side by side.
