In your opinion, how do you think I did for making my first sunken highway (well it's really an avenue) and doing it in an hour.

Well, I personally think it looks quit good for a fist time, although you are using the wrong Puzzel pieces for the over passes.

Wow, thanks for the info! I read a different one and it told me to set it up like how I had it. That style looks a lot better than what I have. And thanks for the feedback.

I would also recommend getting some highway walls, unless you chose to have a more open highway.

I was thinking that and I did find some that I liked but they didn't work for me. I'm going to try putting them in again and see what happens. My computer likes to be difficult. Also, for the one and off ramps, is there a plugin I need to have them for sunken highways or can I just use the ones the game came with?

you can use NAM for that. It is in the highway menu under one of the ramp buttons. It is a parallel ramp.
