Commercial Quadrupler or something more appropriate

Any chance for someone to create something similar to the industry quadrupler mod? I don't know what is the appropriate multiplier to make it more realistic, but I don't mind if there are some radical multipliers as well. Cheers.

There is a 'Service Doubler' which doubles the jobs on all Maxis CS buildings. I don't think an office job multiplier is necessary, because you can fill huge CO demand with highrises anyway in later stages.
