Biggest zone buildings and distances from road

I'm going to build a city project and i need two answers. The first question is how big can be the zoned buildings. At Simcity 3000 the biggest building that your Sims construct is 4x4 tiles. At Simcity 4?

The second question is at how many tiles from a road can build a zoned structure. At Simcity 3000 Sims can build up to 4 tiles from the road their homes and factories and 3 tiles for shops. Enacting Shuttle Services they can walk even for 5 tiles from the road to build their homes and factories and 4 tiles for their shops. At Simcity 4?

I don't use large R or C zones very often (except farms), but I think the biggest buildings in Res and Com's Growables are about 6x6's or maybe some very rare 8x8's.

Then for the second question, I think it is 8 tiles that you can zone between two roads (again except farms which go into the twenties), or 4 tiles away from the road to have it grow if you zone into nowhere.
