EDIT: The problem I had earlier is now fixed so there will be more rendering pics more sooner than I thought.

Well I managed to get a pic of the building with the new glass texture before I experienced the error I got.  It will be solved soon so don't worry, in the mean time(after this pic) there will only be pics of the sketch up phase. By the way this was a draft rendering.

The glass texture might change...again...but I really like it.

I still wonder how showing its interior will work at night with gmax though.

Also here's a sketch up phase pic of the building based on Deutsche Bank. I think I call this one(for street address) 130 Freedom Street(real one:130 Liberty Street).

I haven't started on its plaza, but the plaza won't be included in the growable version. The roof still needs to be finished but I got some pics that will help me a bit, and google earth.

Here's a teaser of a new building I started. It's based on a building in Manhattan. Can you guess which one? Hint: Its probably one of the darkest buildings at night. It has no windows, except for its entrances, its a Brutalist style and it houses a telephone company.
