Super Demand... help

I played all last week and my population was increasing constantly with the Super Demand ordinance. but my computer crashed this weekend and i had to restore everything. and i got Super Demand back on here but my population will not go up for nothing. no matter what i do!

can someone tell me what is going on??

Firstly frequent saves prevent file loss.

And seconly have you checked that the proper infatrucutre is there so that 'super demand' can allow those higher density buildings to develop? You could also try redownloading superdemand.

Quzo probably means did you zone for the items that the mod affects (CO, CS, and Industrial) and have everything connected with adequate transportation. Also, (and forgive me if it's a 'stupid' question) did you turn the mod 'On' in the ordinance menu?
