This game is definitely looking like a buy for me!  Soo many features I was looking for in SC5 (I didn't buy SCS).  The biggest being user designation of lanes!  The grid/open combo will allow for the building of downtowns, while also a vivid country side...  And it is 3D!

Everything is looks more than up to par.........   I'm pumped!  Any news on a specific release date?

Oh yes, this game is going to be the pinnacle of city building. I'm sure its going to make millions on the market in the first week.
