Geoffhaw Texture Packs

Hello. I want to download Geoffhaw Texure Packs vol. 1-4, and they aren't availible. I know that hey were put into a mega pack that is no longer availible on the STEX, but is on sc4devotion as somethng else. I dont have and dont plan on making an account on devotion, so I was wondering if there was a way to download them and why they aren't on the STEX anymore. Thanks in advance. 

ALSO - if a file is locked for administrative use, will it become unlocked soon, or does it depend, because I have seen this multiple times. Thanks for the help.

Unfortunately for you, if you need a texture of prop pack made my a BSC member, your best bet (and only bet for most instances) is to go to SC4D. While a few dependency packs were left on the STEX, the rest were locked and moved to SC4D, permanently. Also, the file locked message is the same whether locked by staff or the original uploader. If there is a chance that the file will be unlocked, there is usually a message saying under what conditions such an action will occur under either on the description page or under the comments for the file.
