Building 12x9 Squares

Right, I know it's not a square, more a rectangle, but hey ho.

Anyways, I downloaded an addon thing, that is like, some hugh Sky Scraper for High Density $$ People. But, on the download page, it says the tile size is like 12x9

How do I make a residential area that big? Does it have to include streets?? Can someone tell me step by step what to do please??

First pick the High Density Residential Zone.

Then press the Control key.

Zone the lot.

Also, most of the stuff at the SC4 exchange is rigged or has a virus. You should consider getting stuff at the STEX.
