Rail and Railstations are not working

i don't know if this is a Nam problem or and Add-on one, but i had simcity 4 deluxe installed on my ex- laptop which had win.xpPRO and now i installed it on my new laptop which has Vista 64 bit edition. i have copied my addons folder from the older laptop to the new one and reinstalled the NAM, i have i think it`s the latest version. My issue is that the railtracks that i use are not working, i mean, they are not using any rail at all nor the railstations. i see all the people going to the trainstation thru the trafic query tool but no trains! and when i tri the train UDI my train appears that is Perpendicular on the tracks, like it`s derailed that means that my tracks are not working. My grafics are at max set and it means it`s not a graffic issue, meanning, that the train is working but i can't see it! What can i do? THankyou very much Max007

This is as simple as entering your graphics properties menu and changing a few settings.

make sure you have the highest graphics settings all turned on.

yes i already did that. the problem is that my sims are not using the rail system! at all. not even the freight train.... and i have connections with towns and everything

I have recently un installed and reinstalled NAM april 08 edition.

Do you have the Left Hand Version of the game and did not instal the LHD component of NAM?

I reinstalled NAM with the LHD component and now it is working perfectly. Thank you CaptCity!

oh yeah, this is the problem, but how can i change in vista to the right hand drive? i can't find in the registry the maxis folder. i XP it was there but in vista, it`s like the game didn't made the registry keys.!

Glad you got it figured out. Unfortunately, I'm not much help with Vista issues. Perhaps someone else...?
