City Rating Sizes

I was playing the SNES version of SimCity and the newer game borrowed a lot from that game, but mainly rewards and advisors.

But the neat thing I saw was how it showed your city size by population: ie… village, town, city, capital, metropolis, and finally a megalopolis. But Maxis seemed to drop that idea so I will set some sizes for the rating to match SimCity 4.
