Some Buildings i Downloaded doesn't appear as they should!

Hello guys!

I have a problem some buildings and stuff i downloaded from here doesn't appear as they should...

Some buildings have black spots on them and many of them doesn't show up as they should, and many of them only show up as boxes...

Why does this happen?

I have some of the prop packages and so but it must be some files like that i don't have or?

because I need them to have the buildings show up as they should?

I will really appreciate help!

This is a frequent question, and there are several topics about brown boxes/dependencies on Simtropolis. You may try a search before posting....

You are propably missing some dependencies, usually there is a read-me file attached in the zip-file, read it carefully and be sure to install ALL those mentioned files into your plugin folder.

Its custom props/textures etc that is required for the lot to show up proper in the game. Hope this helps.

With many of the buildings you don't get any read me file...

I will try to download as many prop/ textures as possible...

Here on stex, lex and plex you usually get a LIST of dependencies in the lot description you need to have in order to avoid brown boxes. It would be best to just start over searching for files and install the dependencies

Before you go nuts on the STEX I advice you to check out this thread. 

It have some basic info on what to know, what to get and where to get help.
