Just to show a part of the Genesis region and also to get back into the story, here's a picture of the New Saphir Region.

Saphir became the regional Capitol 44 years ago, when it developped faster and better organized than Gloryville (the former Capitol for more than 100 years). But only lately, 4 years ago, Gloryville was renamed the Capitol again because of some ethnical and political problems in New Saphir.

New Saphir was created when the Sirius Group started buying out the major Production Companies on Genesis, such as the MacVicar Standard Mines. This lead to more production and therefor needed more labour. Imigration was granted to anyone who applied for, so many people from the original planet of Uru came, but also a lot of people from Mahoon imigrated to find a better life on Genesis. Mixed with the Genesians, which say they created Genesis, it became a sensitive matter just talking about the three groups which always stayed more or less appart from each other.

Then one day it happened, an outburst of violence and a kind of racism took over the strees of New Saphir some 4 and a half years ago and the stability of the city was severly put to question. Finally the eleven Rulers decided to move back to Gloryville which always had been on a more stable side. So Gloryville became the Capitol again. They teared down the Nexis Corporation Center to build a new Regional Management Agency. Some building I must say.....but to that we get back later.

Peaceful has been the city of Saphir in the last four years, but it still hangs on a small wire, just waiting to explode politically again. Let's hope not.

Some parts of the city are shaded because I haven't finished the details yet and I do not want to give away the whole thing in one shot. But you surely get a good glimpse for the first time of the New Saphir region.Enjoy.

Of course I will show a close up of the small regional airport and also the International Saphir Airport once we're there, plus we will go back to the Capitol also to see its details and the airport after we visited Nexis City and the other parts that we have not seen yet. You just have to add some patience to the menu, superchad.....lol

While I am here again I thought I might as well show the transportation map of the same area of Saphir for those who are interested in the traffic layout.

It is 50 years ago though, I haven't done a new one yet, but will once I finished the updates. New Saphir wasn't even founded on this map

Schulmanator....no peaking allowed. Trespassers will be shot on sight......lol....btw, that's the law on Genesis for governmental institutions like the secret ones in the Ganoga Valley.

Uru is now in orbit of the Giant of Kdorn and that since some 55 years now, we discussed that in an earlier update. It is stable and became a regular orbiting giant satelite. It didn't change much to Uru and Mahoon, although it killed all plantlife on Verto,because it was shifted into Opall's shadows.

The Gaburans (people from Mahoon) are now working and living with the Urulians on Uru, Mahoon and Genesis.

The map you have there is pretty wild, great job on the terraforming. Last time I saw this was maybe 20 pages ago I think. I don't remember commenting here, as it was too intimidating to a former *****!

Yes, this means NoG is back and continuing the story, but unfortunatly it won't be officially back before another week or so because of some real life problems. Nothing serious, only time is running so darn fast at this moment and I haven't figure out how to be able to stay along with it.
