Locked STEX lots

When a lot is locked on the STEX, would it be possible to give a reason for it being locked? My concern is that if I already downloaded it and now it is locked that it may be unstable or has a virus. Would it be possible to note in any locked message if this is the case?

All uploads locked by a STEX mod/admin, there is always a note.

Sometimes the uploader feels like locking it.
