Minor League Stadium

I was wondering, I have built a couple of Minor League Stadiums in a few cities, no matter how big my population is, there are never any spectators in the stands or things going on on the field.  Does this not happen?  Nothing ever goes on at the stadium.  Am I forgetting to do something?

I could be wrong, but I don't think there are supposed to be any spectators. Some on the field action probably... but I don't think you can do anything wrong with the Minor League Stadium. You have the details level on max, haven't you?

The Minor League Stadium is a timed prop, that means it only shows up at certain times of the day. Also, it may need the game graphics options to be set at medium, or even high.

well - unfortunately - maxis seemed to forget the effects in places like this.What the rewards are supposed to do is raise(or lower some types)the desirability in the area they are built in.
